Accepted insurances vary by provider, and it is important for you to verify the specific coverage of your individual plan. For example, some carriers do not cover telehealth services, even with in-network providers. If do not see your insurance carrier on this list, ask us about a superbill.

How to Get Started:
1. Fill Out the Intake Form
To begin, click “Schedule Today” and fill out the contact form with your details. This helps us understand your needs and connect you to the appropriate services/provider.
2. Administrative Outreach and Intake Session
Once we receive your form, our administrative team will review, and contact you to schedule your first appointment. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, you can call 317-992-1988 and speak to our clinical coordinator.
3. Access Your HIPAA-Compliant Patient Portal
Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will be given access to our HIPAA-compliant EHR system, AdvancedMD, where you can set up your patient portal and manage your information, including completing your new client paperwork before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation.
