Landon’s Approach

I believe relationships form a core part of the human experience and healthy ones profoundly shape our quality of life more than we realize. ABOUT Landon,

Landon is accepting new clients!

Hello! My name is Landon, and I am an LMHC in the state of Indiana. For the past two years, I have worked in community mental health and recently made the transition into private practice to engage in work that better reflects my values of providing quality care.

I ground my approach to therapy in CBT, DBT, ACT, and emotion-focused therapies to provide a well-rounded and tailored experience in each session. A person-centered approach that emphasizes your personal values while discovering a solution forms a core part of sessions with me.

While working in community mental health, I engaged with a wide range of clients and their families. As a result, I provide an eclectic and flexible approach to therapy that touches on the varying avenues of life. My experience spans supporting individuals with mood disorders, substance use, complex mental illness, and justice-involved clients. I also have experience in working with clients experiencing PTSD and other trauma-related concerns.
